We are currently working on an urban subdivision project to develop 740 units of market rate apartments and single family homes in Bucharest, Romania. Amenities include a clubhouse, pool and gated security. An additional 50,000 sf of retail space is planned as well. We will incorporate green building principles. Project ground-breaking is scheduled to begin Spring 2009.
